As Etka-d Otomotiv, we set out in 1990 to produce plastic components and molds for vehicle seat group, trim and chassis systems. Our goal is to become a trusted and preferred brand company that is committed to its values as a priority solution partner for aviation, defense, automotive, rail systems and medium and advanced technology main industries that will create opportunities in the future.

Scope of our company; Design, production, marketing and sales of seating group (passenger and driver seat) plastic parts and interior and exterior equipment and molds of their products in Space & Aviation, Rail Systems, Automotive and Tractor sectors.

At least one new product is created per week by our P&D department. We have nearly 200 products under patent protection. The total product range exceeds 1250. In addition, in line with the tastes and requests of our valued customers, special industrial designs in our P&D repertoire are transformed into samples with high-tech devices and presented to the vision.

In our company; 400*500*600 mm sized (FDM Technology) Rapid Prototype, Three Dimensional Optical Scanning   (Reverse Engineering), Silicone Molding (MCP- Hek Tooling; the world’s first double robot system with Nylon Module- 5,05),  Photocentric Liquid Crystal MAGNA devices reveal our technological superiority in our P&D department.

Our company, which can produce thermoplastic parts by injection method, produces parts with high precision, especially with reverse engineering plastics, and can inject up to 8000 grams (1250 tons clamping force). We have the capacity to process over 2,000 tons of plastic raw materials per year. At the same time, the design and manufacture of molds are carried out within our company. In addition to plastic injection processes and in the context of complementing the product combination, rigid or elastic mesh can be knitted in the desired size, pattern and shape with our 6-bar electronic textile machines.
